looking for english mastiff in New Woodstock, New York For Sale

i am looking for an akc reg english mastiff female puppy or young adult..prefer ofa cert.with large boned parents.i would like to purchase on a co owner contract.i plan on showing a little bit and breeding her at least once to my daughters gorgeous 210 lb male.he is excellent quality and has a wonderful temperment and i believe in breeding to improve the breed so am looking for just the right female. she will be an indoor dog but i have 3 private country acres chain linked in for plenty of exercise.i bred and showed large breed dog for 30 years and went to school for an hus,am not a backyard breeder. she would be my only dog and get lots of attention.i work at a boarding kennel 10 hrs a week so am home most of the time.i will give you first choice pup out of 1st available litter in exchange for full akc ownership transfer.
